We want you to love your home sanctuary as much as we do, which is why we offer a 100-night sleep trial on all bedding and bath products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 100 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure free shipping on your return.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
