Do you offer a warranty or quality guarantee?
Yes, we stand behind our quality with a 10-year warranty against pilling, abnormal wear and tear, or workmanship defects. If your product doesn't live up to our high standards, we will make it right.
What is your return policy and the '100-Night Sleep Trial'?
We offer a 100-night sleep trial on all bedding. If you aren't completely satisfied within the first 100 days, you can return your items for a full refund. We even cover the return shipping costs for domestic orders.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-7 business days. We do offer international shipping to select countries, though delivery times and fees vary by location.
